This wonderfully spacious lounge with modern vaulted ceiling is furnished to a very high standard, having ample seating with a Queen size sleeper sofa, double sofa and chair all in matching designer fabric. A remote control 27" colour TV , video recorder, DVD player and CD music system. All to aid perfect relaxation and further your enjoyment.

Large patio style doors lead out to the Lanai. These standards are carried throughout the villa to ensure your stay is one of complete relaxation.

This Villa is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED throughout.

Master Bedroom #1 has a king size double bed and it’s own en-suite and very spacious bathroom, leading out to the magnificent fully screened heatable swimming pool.

The second master suite also has a king size double bed and it’s own well appointed en-suite bathroom / WC leading out to the pool. Large fitted wardrobes, a TV and phone.

Bedroom 4 / 5 have twin beds and shares bathroom 3. Bedroom 3 has double bed and is situated adjacent to bathroom 4. All rooms furnished to a high quality specification.

This fully fitted kitchen includes a spacious dining area and breakfast nook. Equipped with every modern convenience that you could possibly need, including a full size electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a huge 19 cu.ft. fridge freezer with ice maker. An array of electrical accessories such as can opener, toaster, coffee maker, food mixer, blender etc. etc. make this kitchen wholly user friendly.

A fully screened, heatable swimming pool has been built to the owners own specification and has been upgraded to 30ft x 15ft with underwater light and the best quality pool side furniture and loungers.

The deck seating area boasts an extra 100 sq ft above the standard size for your comfort to make your stay the perfect place to swim after a days enjoyment at DISNEY.

This is one of our truly ‘top of the range’ executive villa, smoke free and designer furnished to the highest standards for your every comfort and convenience. There is cable television, telephone are installed and are available to guests without charge for local calls.

A helpful management company is available to assist you at all reasonable times. And 24 hrs for emergencies

Low Season:
Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec £500.00 ($825.00) per week

Mid Season:
April, May, June, Sept £575.00 ($950.00) per week

High Season:
Thanksgiving Christmas, New Year

Half-terms, Easter, July, Aug, Oct £650.00 ($1100.00) per week

Pool Heat (recommended for winter months) $150 plus tax from the management company.

Min 7 Days for pool heat

Security Deposit of £200 ($300) - refundable on report from Property Managers confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear)

Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights – THIS IS THE VILLA PRICE and it does not vary with the number of people staying in the house (maximum of 8)
