| The Bridgewater Crossing community is only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and within easy access of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of Highway 192. The championship golf courses at Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate are a few minutes drive away. The community has access to the 50 Acre lake, there is a community swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court and children's play area. | This home is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED throughout and has a spacious sitting / dining
room, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 En suite, one with a bath and shower over and
one with a large walk-in, stall shower). The bedrooms are King, Full and Twin bed. Inside there is every possible home comfort and more. The home is fully equipped with all linens and towels as well as washer, dryer and all kitchen appliances, and utensils, VCR and 2 x cable TVs included. Outside is a 12 x 24 screened heatable swimming pool. |

| It will sleep 6 comfortably and 8 if the sleeper couch is used.
