Both Master bedrooms have King size beds, TV's, walk-in closets and large en-suite bathrooms.

There are a further 3 good-sized bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms in the villa, as well a large family room, a dining room and a well-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and dining nook.

Lake Views from Patio / Pool Area

Amongst the many facilities are a DVD player and movies, TV, stereo, high-chair, stroller and crib, plus many other additions too numerous to mention.

Outside you will find a large patio with private, screened pool enjoying wonderful views of the lake, a lanai from which to sit and relax and maybe have a meal; and a first floor balcony linked to the upstairs Master bedroom overlooking the lake.

In addition, this villa provides a double garage with a double driveway for off-street parking, and is situated in a secure gated-community, providing peace of mind for all our welcome guests.

Low Season:
Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec £500.00 ($825.00) per week

Mid Season:
April, May, June, Sept £575.00 ($950.00) per week

High Season:
Thanksgiving Christmas, New Year

Half-terms, Easter, July, Aug, Oct £650.00 ($1100.00) per week

Pool Heat (recommended for winter months) $150 plus tax from the management company.

Min 7 Days for pool heat

Security Deposit of £200 ($300) - refundable on report from Property Managers confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear)

Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights – THIS IS THE VILLA PRICE and it does not vary with the number of people staying in the house (maximum of 8)
