This new superbly designed villa home is situated on prestigious Cumbrian Lakes, just off Highway 192 This home is close to the magical WALT DISNEY WORLD, just a fifteen minute easy drive to the home of Mickey Mouse. Other main attractions, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Downtown Disney,  are a short car ride away.  Cumbrian Lakes is a premier gated development, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and within easy access of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of the Highway 192.

Low Season:
Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec                    £350.00  ($650.00) per week
Mid Season:
April, May, June, Sept                         £425.00   ($700.00) per week
High Season:  
Thanksgiving Christmas, New Year

 Half-terms, Easter, July, Aug, Oct      £500  ($850.00)  per week

Pool Heat (recommended for winter months)  $150 plus tax from the management company. 

  Min 7 Days for pool heat

Security Deposit of £200  ($300) - refundable on report from Property Managers confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear)

Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights – THIS IS THE VILLA PRICE and it does not vary with the number of people staying in the house (maximum of 6/8)

 The fully air conditioned home is a single story and comprises of Master Bedroom with En - suite bathroom and Queen sized bed.

All linens are provided.

        The other 2 bedrooms have 1 set of twin beds and the other has bunk beds, a second bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a WC and wash hand basin. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and is adjacent to the very large family room that opens on to a large screened patio and private pool at the rear of the house.

There are lake views from the patio / pool area.

This development has a fitness trail and kiddies play area 

A further sofa bed is situated in the family room to sleep an additional 2 persons if required.

(a total of 8 people).

There is a children's play area on site.

 If you do not want to use the sofa bed additional children may be accommodated in the master bedrooms using cots and rollaway beds.

There is a 2 car garage attached.
