If you are thinking of going to the Sunshine State for the holiday of a lifetime, come and stay in our 5-bedroom villa. Our house, built in a conservation area, is luxuriously furnished and equipped and will comfortably sleep 10 – 12 people. It provides a haven to return to after your hectic days at the theme parks - how better to relax than to sit on the patio overlooking the lake and woodlands, and then cool off in the 30’ x 15’ swimming pool. Walt Disney World is an easy 15 minutes drive, Orlando International Airport 40 minutes, and on your doorstep are the new Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf Courses.

The heatable pool measures 15’ x 30’and is set into an oversized deck which is furnished with patio furniture for your enjoyment. Part of the deck is under cover to provide shelter from the heat, and the whole pool area and deck is fully screened. The pool area overlooks a natural lake and woodlands and is a peaceful and beautiful place on which to sit and relax.

The House

The house is exceptionally spacious, with almost 2500 square feet of air-conditioned living space and is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard, The fully equipped kitchen has oak units, and is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer/icemaker, microwave oven and waste disposal unit. For your convenience, there is a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board in the utility room, The breakfast nook is adjacent to the kitchen and family room and has access via sliding patio doors onto the pool deck, The family room is spacious and comfortably furnished and also leads onto the pool deck, There is also a formal sitting area and dining area, away from the family room should you wish to escape somewhere quieter. The large sofa converts to a bed giving extra sleeping accommodation if required.

The Master Bedroom is situated on the ground floor and is fully furnished with a king size bed and has walk in closets and it’s own luxurious en-suite bathroom. There are sliding doors from the bedroom onto the pool deck, Upstairs there are four further bedrooms. Three of the rooms are twin-bedded and the fourth bedroom, overlooking the lake has a luxurious queen-size bed, On the large landing is a further sofa together with bookcase and reading lamp making an ideal place for quiet relaxation before bedtime, The house has cable television throughout, with a large screen TV and video in the family room, and television or tele / videos in all the bedrooms. There is also a CD/cassette/radio music system in the family room for your enjoyment.

There are two full bathrooms upstairs, one with bathtub and shower, and the other with a walk-in shower. There is also a downstairs cloakroom, All linen and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience, The house is fully equipped with smoke detectors, emergency lighting and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and main living areas, in addition to the air conditioning system.

This home is located less than 2 minutes away from the Champions Gate Golf Complex with two international standard courses designed by Greg Norman.

Local amenities

The Champions Gate Golf Courses, designed by Greg Norman, are minutes away from The Sanctuary. Also within a 15-minute drive, beautiful and challenging golf courses can be found at Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes, and Southern Dunes, all located along the nearby Highway 27. These are just a few of the many golf courses to be found within easy reach of The Sanctuary.

There is a shopping mall with a Publix supermarket (For visitor from the UK a mix of Waitrose and Safeway with a lot more!) within 5 minutes drive, For designer shopping with all the big name stores, the Florida Mall is 25 minutes drive away, and the various outlet malls are all within easy reach, Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes straightforward drive.

The home is supplied with all bed linen and towels.

Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights – THIS IS THE VILLA PRICE and it does not vary with the number of people staying in the house (maximum of 12)
