This superbly designed villa is situated on the prestigious Indian Ridge \ Oaks, just off Highway 192 (West). This home is on one of the closest residential communities to the magical WALT DISNEY WORLD, just a five-minute easy drive to the home of Mickey Mouse. Other main attractions, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Downtown Disney, Church Street Station are a short car ride away. Indian Ridge Oaks is a premier development, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and within easy access of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of the Highway 192. There is a children's play area, and Tennis courts on site. This fully air conditioned home occupies a south facing fenced plot for added security and privacy. The villa home is single story and comprises of 4 double bedrooms, 1 En - suite (2 queen sized, and 4 single beds) All linens are provided. The master has a TV and a Laptop friendly telephone. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each and there is a second bathroom in-between. Both bathrooms have a WC and wash hand basin. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and is adjacent to the very large family room that opens on to a very large screened patio and private pool at the rear of the house. A further sofa bed is situated in the family room to sleep an additional 2 persons if required. (a total of 10 in all). If you do not want to use the sofa bed additional children may be accommodated in the master bedrooms using cots and rollaway beds. There is a 2 car garage attached.
