This home is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED throughout and has spacious sitting rooms, 2 dining areas, 4 large double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this property is one of the most spacious and flexible on offer for holiday rental in the Disney area. The Dining Room

This spacious dining room is open plan with a modern vaulted ceiling. It is furnished to a superior standard giving a designer look, which is individual and special. These qualities are repeated throughout this executive villa to ensure that your stay is one of complete enjoyment. Linens and towels are provided.

The Family Room

This large room has wonderful views over the upgraded fully screened swimming pool. This room also has a vaulted ceiling and is furnished to the same high standard as the rest of the accommodation. You will find comfortable sofas and chairs to enable you to enjoy the delights of American cable television, listen to music, or watch a video.

Breakfasting Kitchen

This fully fitted kitchen includes a large breakfast nook, and has every appliance that you could possibly need, including a full size gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a huge fridge freezer with ice maker. The separate laundry room has a large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.

Master Suite

This sumptuous master bedroom has a king size double bed and its own private and very spacious en-suite bathroom. A television and a telephone are situated in this master bedroom.

Swimming Pool

The beautiful swimming pool is really quite special. The oversize pool measures 28 feet by 14 feet and has underwater illumination and spa. The swimming pool can be heated if required. The large patio around the pool is ‘cool decked’ so you don’t burn your feet when walking around the pool. The covered porch area enables you to sit outside, but not in direct sun, if you so wish. The entire covered porch, patio area and pool are fully screened, keeping out all flies, moths, etc. The patio is fully equipped with table and chairs, comfortable loungers .

This is a ‘top of the range’ executive villa, smoke free, and designer furnished to the highest standards for your every comfort and convenience. There are cable televisions in the family room and the master suite. A video and a music system are situated in the family room. Telephones are installed and are available to guests without charge for local calls. For your peace of mind this home is fitted with a security alarm system and a wall safe at no extra charge. There is a helpful Management Company available to assist you 24 hours of the day.
