We will / will not require pool heated to 85F @ (US$150 +12% tax )per week.
We will / will not require the use of a gas B-B-Q @ $50 +6% tax per week

We will / will not require a rollaway bed @ $25 per week + 6% tax
We will / will not require a High Chair @ $25 per week + 6% tax

We would / would not like a late check out at 5 p.m. on the day of departure if possible @ $40 + 12% tax (Payable in Florida)
I enclose a cheque / credit card (US$300 +$12 booking fee if paid by CC) and understand that this
is the booking deposit and that the full rent of £ / $.............….... is payable on or
before.....................................date. At which time the booking deposit becomes a refundable security deposit when the home is left in good order. (Please fill in the full rental amount and the date (8 weeks UK Clients 4 weeks USA and Canada) prior to arrival at the home) Please note CC payment for the rent will attract a 4% fee because that is what the Card Company charges us

Security Deposit
I understand and agree that I am responsible for all loss or damage to the property or its' inventory during the Rental Period and that the Company or the Owner can deduct sums from the security deposit to cover eventualities. Examples: Non-return of keys, Early arrival or late departure charges, Damage to the Property or it's equipment, Loss or breakage of inventory items.
Where loss or damage to the Property, the Inventory, or equipment exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the Company or the Owner will bill the Guest for the shortfall, and the Guest agrees to pay. In the event that the Guest fails to pay any such shortfall, the Company reserves the right to exercise any legal remedies to pursue the amount owed from the Guest.
