The villa is within a walled and
gated community for extra security and peace of mind. This villa is fully air conditioned. It boasts a superb screened swimming pool with a Jacuzzi spa, which can be heated on request. The pool area has an extended sun deck with patio furniture. The villa is very spacious. On the upper floor is the master bedroom which has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe for ample clothes storage and en-suite bathroom. There are a further two bedrooms, one full and one twin bedroom. On the ground floor there are two sitting rooms, a dining area and breakfast area. There is also a further two bedrooms, full bedroom and a twin bedroom and bathroom, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. There is a utility room which comprises of washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The home is supplied with all bed linen and towels. There is cable TV in all bedrooms. |

All linens are provided. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and is adjacent to the very large family room that opens on to a large screened patio and private pool at the rear of the house. A further sofa bed is situated in the family room to sleep an additional 2 persons if required. There is a children's play area on site. |
If you do not want to use the sofa bed additional children may be accommodated in the master bedrooms using cots and rollaway beds.
There is a 2 car garage attached.
