Lounge

This is a very spacious room, light and airy, fully air conditioned throughout, vaulted ceiling with a fan for added comfort. There is cable TV, VCR, a selection of video tapes, books and games. For the business Man / Lady who needs to keep in touch at home, you may now browse the internet in the comfort of the lounge, or under the spacious Lanai, just bring your laptop.


Master Bedroom,

A very attractive room, with a queen sized bed, TV, Radio alarm clock, ceiling fan, dual aspect windows looking out to the pool and spa area and a TV/DVD Combo. The master bedroom really needs to be viewed as we and guests alike have commented on how spacious and beautiful it is. From the bedroom, a sliding door leads to a spacious walk in closet, further down a toilet, with a door, his and hers wash basins mirrored on three sides, tub bath, huge walk in shower, fully tiled walls, ceramic floor tiles, also ample cupboard space under washbasins.

 


Bedroom #2

A double bed with a large walk-in closet, a chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, a radio alarm clock, TV and a ceiling fan.


Bedroom #3

Two single beds with a large walk in closet, chest of drawers, radio alarm clock and a ceiling fan. Perfect for Children!

 


 

Kitchen

Again a very light and airy kitchen with a large patio door leading out to a covered lanai (patio), which overlooks the pool.

The kitchen is very well provided for, containing the following appliances: Electric cooker with a ceramic hob, built in microwave with extractor unit, a large fridge/freezer with a ice making facility, a dishwasher, waste disposal unit, a toaster, a coffee maker, ample crockery, cutlery and glassware and we haven’t forgotten the teapot.


The Pool  / Area

The pool area has an extra large covered lanai for alfresco dining, with lighting and a ceiling fan. The pool has under water lighting for that late night dip. There is an extended deck area for sunbathing and the whole pool area is surrounded with plants, shrubs and pine trees for your privacy.

 

Games Room

Pool Table, Football Table, and Air Hockey table

 

This villa is fully air conditioned and is of single story and comprises of 3 bedrooms.

 All linens are provided.

There is a 2 car garage.
Additional children may be accommodated in the master bedrooms using cots  (cribs) and rollaway beds. (Max 8 Persons)

3rd Week Discount Available
Pool Heat (recommended for winter months)  $150 plus tax from the management company. 

  Min 7 Days for pool heat

Security Deposit of £200  ($300) - refundable on report from Property Managers confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear)
Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights – THIS IS THE VILLA PRICE and it does not vary with the number of people staying in the house (maximum of 6/8)
