This home is located on the premium residential community of Emerald Island, off Highway 192, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and within easy access of the numerous restaurants, shops and

supermarkets, also it's an easy drive to the home of Mickey Mouse. Other main attractions, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Downtown Disney are a short car ride away.

The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and is adjacent to the lounge that opens on to a screened patio and private pool which has been custom built to the owners specification at the rear of the house.
All linens are provided.
There is a 2 car garage.

Additional children may be accommodated in the master bedroom using cots (cribs) and rollaway beds. (Max 8 Persons).

Low Season:
Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec                    £425.00 ($700.00) per week

Mid Season:
April, May, June, Sept                         £475.00   ($800.00) per week

High Season:
Thanksgiving Christmas, New Year
Half-terms, Easter, July, Aug, Oct      £550.00 ($900.00) per week

Pool Heat (recommended for winter months) $150 plus tax from the management company.
Min 7 Days for pool heat

Security Deposit of £200 ($300) - refundable on report from Property Managers confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear)

Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights – THIS IS THE VILLA PRICE and it does not vary with the number of people staying in the house (maximum of 8)
