Emerald Island will make an ideal base for your Orlando vacation, driving time to Disney is less than 10 minutes and shops and restaurants are all close by.

This community / resort is a very large and very exclusive development which consists of the following :- executive 4, 5, 6 and 7 bedroom vacation homes, rental pool homes, and 3 and 4 bedroom town-homes.

Emerald Island Resort is becoming one of the most popular vacation home communities / resorts and is becoming many guests favorite place to stay.

In most cases the guests choose to stay and use their own private pools at the vacation homes in which they are staying, but some like to use the on-site communal pool as well.

This community / resort has a fully featured resort club house with many other amenities for guests to enjoy, which include the following, volleyball area and fully-equipped fitness center.

The kiddies can enjoy themselves in the game room, or what all kids like young or old is on the video arcade games provided

There is also a shuttle service which is available from the community / resort club house to take guests to and from the theme parks and attractions of central Florida (Please ask in the club house for times and departures).

Emerald Island community / resort is surrounded by conservation land and there are nature trails for guests to explore.

All our villas are licensed for rental by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants, which means that the villas are in full compliance with state safety standards. These include: smoke detectors; a fire extinguisher and pool safety net or Alarms on the Patio doors.
