All our villas on this site are licensed for rental by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants,  which means that all our villas are in full compliance with state safety standards. These include: smoke detectors, fire extinguisher's, pool safety net or Alarms on the Patio doors to safe guard your children.

The Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Complex is situated on US Highway 27 in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area and is ideally located for easy access to all the major attractions, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants only a short drive away.

No Smoking,  4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Family vacation holiday home.

This stunning house is situated on Highlands Reserve Golf Community and overlooks the Golf course.

It is only 40 minutes from Orlando Airport and 15 minutes from Disney World. Comprises the following:

Very Large Lounge / Dining area.

 Fully fitted kitchen / breakfast area, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, telephone.

Master Bedroom with Queen sized bed and walk-in closet. Remote TV.  En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Second bedroom with a Full size bed.

Third and Forth bedrooms have twin beds.

Second Bathroom with bath and shower.

(Crib / high chair can be provided if required at extra cost)

Large washing machine and tumble dryer.

Double Garage.

Pool deck,  swimming pool (Heated at extra cost).

The house is fully air-conditioned and has constant hot water. All Bed linen, towels are provided.

Low Season:
Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec                    £425.00  ($700.00) per week
Mid Season:
April, May, June, Sept                         £475.00   ($800.00) per week
High Season:  
Thanksgiving Christmas, New Year

 Half-terms, Easter, July, Aug, Oct      £550  ($900.00)  per week

3rd Week Discount Available
Pool Heat (recommended for winter months)  $150 plus tax from the management company. 

  Min 7 Days for pool heat

Security Deposit of £200  ($300) - refundable on report from Property Managers confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear)

Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights – THIS IS THE VILLA PRICE and it does not vary with the number of people staying in the house (maximum of 8)

There is a 2 car garage attached.
