All our villas on this site are licensed for rental by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants,  which means that all our villas are in full compliance with state safety standards. These include: smoke detectors, fire extinguisher's, pool safety net or Alarms on the Patio doors to safe guard your children.

The Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Complex is situated on US Highway 27 in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area and is ideally located for easy access to all the major attractions, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants only a short drive away.

This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 living room, air conditioned villa with fully screened optionally heated pool, is situated on Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Community, one of the most prestigious holiday and golfing communities in the Florida area.

This villa is ideal for two families and will sleep 10 people in its very spacious five bedrooms.

  There is a master bedroom, with large double bed, four other bedrooms, one bedroom with a full bed and the others 3 bedrooms have two single beds in each.

The villa has ideal location and the private pool, Access to the 25ft x 12ft fully screened optionally heated swimming pool is via the main living room, pool chairs and table and sun beds are provided along with all the pool towels you will require. 

This fully fitted kitchen includes a spacious dining area and breakfast bar and nook. Equipped with every modern convenience that you could possibly need, including a full size electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a huge 19 cu.ft. fridge freezer with ice maker. An array of electrical accessories such as can opener, toaster, coffee maker, food mixer, blender etc. etc. make this kitchen wholly user friendly.

The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced, and if you are staying in the cooler season, arrangements can be made to have the pool heated at an extra charge.

Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights – THIS IS THE VILLA PRICE and it does not vary with the number of people staying in the house (maximum of 12)

Low Season:
Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec                    £500  ($750 inc Tax) per week
Mid Season:
April, May, June, Sept                         £550   ($825 inc Tax) per week
High Season:  
Half-terms, Easter, July, Aug, Oct, Thanksgiving Christmas, New Year  £600 ($900.00 inc Tax) per week
Pool Heat (recommended for winter months) $140 plus tax per week from the management company

  Min 7 Days for pool heat

Cot (Crib) and High Chair rental available from Management Company at additional charge $25 per week per item payable in Florida to the Management Company.
Security Deposit of £200  ($300) - refundable on report from Property Managers confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear)
