Second bedroom with a Full size bed. Third, Forth and Fifth bedrooms have twin beds. (Crib / high chair can be provided if required at extra cost) Large washing machine and tumble dryer. Double Garage. Fully screened pool deck, swimming pool (Heated at extra cost). The house is fully air-conditioned and has constant hot water. All Bed linen, towels are provided. |
| Low Season: Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec £500 ($750 inc Tax) per week |
| Mid Season: April, May, June, Sept £550 ($825 inc Tax) per week |
| High Season: Half-terms, Easter, July, Aug, Oct, Thanksgiving Christmas, New Year £600 ($900.00 inc Tax) per week |
| Pool Heat (recommended for
winter months) $150 plus tax per week from the management
company

| Cot (Crib) and High Chair rental available from Management Company at additional charge $25 per week per item payable in Florida to the Management Company. |
| Security Deposit of £200 ($300) - refundable on report from Property Managers confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear) |

Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights – THIS IS THE VILLA PRICE and it does not vary with the number of people staying in the house (maximum of 12) |
