All our villas on this site are licensed for rental by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants,  which means that all our villas are in full compliance with state safety standards. These include: smoke detectors, fire extinguisher's, pool safety net or Alarms on the Patio doors to safe guard your children.

The Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Complex is situated on US Highway 27 in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area and is ideally located for easy access to all the major attractions, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants only a short drive away.

No Smoking,  5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Family vacation holiday home.

This home is situated on Highlands Reserve Golf Community.

It is only 40 minutes from Orlando Airport and 15 minutes from Disney World. Comprises the following:

Large Lounge / Dining area.

Cot / high chair can be provided if required at extra cost)

Double Garage.

Fully screened pool deck,  swimming pool (Heated at extra cost).

The house is fully air-conditioned and has constant hot water. 

All Bed linen, towels are provided.

Low Season:
Nov 1st - Nov 19th, Dec 4th - Dec 15  
                    £633.00  ($950.00) per week
Mid Season:

April 17th - June 26th, September 1st - Oct 31st      £700.00  ($1050.00) per week

High Season: 


      July 10th - Aug 31st, Nov 20th - Dec 3rd                   £733.00   ($1100.00) per week

 Peak Season:


  March 20th - April 16th, June 27th - July 9th               £766.00  ($1150.00)  per week

Pool Heat (recommended for winter months)  $150 plus tax from the management company. 

  Min 7 Days for pool heat

Security Deposit of £200  ($300) - refundable on report from Property Managers confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear)
Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights – THIS IS THE VILLA PRICE and it does not vary with the number of people staying in the house (maximum of 10)

 If you do not want to use the sofa bed additional children may be accommodated in the master bedrooms using cots and rollaway beds.

There is a 2 car garage attached.
