This Villa is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED throughout.

This villa has an enormous lounge / sitting area, 2 dining areas, 5 large double bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. 2 master suites, both with KING SIZE BEDS.

This Villa is one of the most spacious and flexible on offer for holiday rental in the DISNEY area.

Lounge

This wonderfully spacious lounge with modern vaulted ceiling is furnished to a very high standard, having ample seating with a Queen sleeper sofa and a further sofa all in matching designer fabric.

A remote control 27" color TV , video recorder, all to aid perfect relaxation and further your enjoyment.

Master Bedrooms

Master bedroom #1 has a king size double bed and it’s own en-suite and very spacious bathroom, leading out to the magnificent fully screened heatable swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa.

With large bath, shower, WC, his ’n’ hers vanity units and wonderful walk in wardrobes.

There is a TV.

Master bedroom #2 also has a king size double bed and it’s own well appointed en-suite

bathroom / WC leading out to the pool. Large fitted wardrobes.

The Opulent Master Suites, both furnished to the highest possible standard.

Both have 'King' beds and 'en suite' facilities.

Bedroom # 3-4-5

Bedroom 3 has a full double bed and shares bathroom 3 with Bedroom 4, which has twin beds. Bedroom 5 also has twin beds and is situated adjacent to bathroom 4. All rooms furnished to a high quality specification.

Kitchen

This fully fitted kitchen includes a spacious dining area and breakfast nook. Equipped with every modern convenience that you could possibly need, including a full size electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a huge 19 cu.ft. fridge freezer with ice maker. An array of electrical accessories such as can opener, toaster, coffee maker, food mixer, blender etc. etc. make this kitchen wholly user friendly.

Pool

A fully screened, heatable pool with underwater lights and the best quality poolside furniture and loungers and bar with chairs.

Right next to the pool is the wonderfully relaxing Jacuzzi / Spa, the perfect place to dispel the aches and pains of a days enjoyment at DISNEY.

Large patio style doors lead out to the Lanai, Pool and Jacuzzi / Spa.

These standards are carried throughout the villa to ensure your stay is one of complete relaxation.

Pricing Structure

Low Season:
Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec £650 ($1000 +tax) 12% per week

Mid Season:
April, May, June, Sept, October £750 ($1125 +tax) 12% per week

High Season:

Thanksgiving Christmas, New Year

Half-terms, Christmas, New Year, Easter, July, Aug £800 ($1200 +tax) 12% per week

Pool Heat (recommended for winter months) $150 plus tax from the management company.

Min 7 Days for pool heat

Security Deposit of £200 ($300) - refundable on report from Property Managers confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear)
