ending our relationship with ------- ----. It bears the question 'What
have they been doing when they should have been cleaning my house?

relieved that you are now in charge and happy that you will restore
our villa to its former glory!

Bill,
Just wanted to let you know how great the disney villa was!! My family
and I just returned from our Disney vacation-- we stayed in your villa
Feb. 17th-23rd. We had a great time and everything was very neat
and clean. The house provided for all our needs plus some.
The accommodations were very comfortable and provided for much needed
relaxation. I will definitely be recommending your home to other
friends and family. Thanks again for such an easy transaction
and providing such an affordable alternative to a hotel room. I
guess now I am back off to the "real world"- thanks for the
brief interruption!

You home is really beautiful and your management company should be commended for the upkeep of your home. My family and I come down to Florida at least twice a year and we've stayed in other homes managed by other companies, but I have to say that this time I was truly impressed, you and your management company thought of everything (beach towels, massage chair, gaming system for the kids, etc..) They manage both of our properties and I wouldn't trade them for any
other management company. They let me know the moment you had a
problem and kept me informed until it was resolved to your
satisfaction. They are indeed terrific.
