The pool area includes an extra large, part shaded decked area, and a wonderful 28ft x 14ft optionally heated swimming pool, The pool area is equipped with sun beds, a table and umbrella.
For children’s safety
there is a removable safety fence.
This superbly designed villa is situated on the development of Sunrise Lakes, just a 20 - minute easy drive to the home of Mickey Mouse. Other main attractions, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Downtown Disney are a short car ride away.
Sunrise Lakes, only 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and within easy access of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of the Highway 192 / 27.
This fully air conditioned home, is double story and comprises of 4 bedrooms.
All linens are provided.
The master has a TV.
There is a 2 car garage attached.
