Located on the new development of Sandy Ridge just south of Kissimmee. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the fully air conditioned villa backs onto conservation woodland.
Fully equipped with everything you could wish for a family vacation.
Two master bedrooms both have en-suite facilities with a further two bedrooms sharing the third bathroom making the villa ideal for 2 families to share. Bedrooms 3, 4 have twin beds.
Outside there is a covered lanai, this leads onto the pool deck and fully screened pool which can be heated at an extra charge if required.
Only 15 minutes from Disney. Universal and International Drive are a further 10 minutes and you are minutes from superb golf courses at Champions Gate and 4 minutes from the I4. Orlando International airport is just 30 minutes away.
Please note that this is strictly a non smoking villa and regretfully no pets allowed.
Access to a fully screened secluded optionally heated swimming pool is via the main living room, pool chairs and table and sun beds are provided along with all the pool towels you will require.
This fully fitted kitchen, also a spacious dining area and breakfast nook.
Equipped with every modern convenience that you could possibly need, including a full size electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a huge 19 cu.ft. fridge freezer with ice maker. An array of electrical accessories such as can opener, toaster, coffee maker, food mixer, blender etc. etc. make this kitchen user friendly.
The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced, and if you are staying in the cooler season, arrangements can be made to have the pool heated at an extra charge of ($130) per week.
