| This home is on the Rental / Residential community of Thousand Oaks, off Highway 54, close to Champions Gate and only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and within easy access of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of the Highway 192, also its an easy drive to the home of Mickey Mouse. Other main attractions, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Downtown Disney are a short car ride away. |

The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and is adjacent to the large family room that opens on to a screened patio and private pool which has been custom built to the owners specification at the rear of the house. |

villa is fully air conditioned and is of single story and comprises of 3
bedrooms.
All linens are provided. The villa has cable TV / VCR in the family room, also having the convenience of a TV fitted to the Master Bedroom. |

Additional children may be accommodated in the master bedrooms using cots (cribs) and rollaway beds. (Max 8 Persons) |
