This villa offers luxurious accommodation and has been beautifully furnished to the highest standards throughout and is fully air conditioned.

Low Season:
Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec                    £350.00 ($550.00) per week

Mid Season:
April, May, June, Sept                         £400.00   ($600.00) per week

High Season:
Thanksgiving Christmas, New Year
Half-terms, Easter, July, Aug, Oct      £450.00 ($700.00) per week

Pool Heat (recommended for winter months) $150 plus tax from the management company.
Min 7 Days for pool heat

Security Deposit of £200 ($300) - refundable on report from Property Managers confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear)

Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights – THIS IS THE VILLA PRICE and it does not vary with the number of people staying in the house (maximum of 8)
