The villa has cable TV / VCR in the family room, also having the convenience of a TV fitted to the Master Bedroom.

There is a 2 car garage.

Additional children may be accommodated in the master bedrooms using cots (cribs) and rollaway beds. (Max 10 Persons)

Low Season:
Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec £425.00 ($700.00) per week

Mid Season:
April, May, June, Sept £475.00 ($800.00) per week

High Season:
Thanksgiving Christmas, New Year

Half-terms, Easter, July, Aug, Oct £550.00 ($900.00) per week

Pool Heat (recommended for winter months) $150 plus tax from the management company.

Min 7 Days for pool heat

Security Deposit of £200 ($300) - refundable on report from Property Managers confirming no damage (other than normal wear and tear)

Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights – THIS IS THE VILLA PRICE and it does not vary with the number of people staying in the house (maximum of 10)
